Day 6
We had a lie in today which was only till 7… then we got dressed, had breakfast and went on a walk to the farms. Yet again it was raining! The first farm we went to was the palm tree farm, where they make palm oil, and alcohol which would knock you out with one sip!! Then we went to the coco farm after lunch and we had to make a video for geography at Weydon, staring Lucy, Toby and Dan, nice and cringey ☺ however the highlight of the day was eating the chocolate at the end, we ate lots of different flavours of ‘Divine’ chocolate.
Then when we got home we had to go straight out again to the well and get water, Kate tried to carry the bucket on her head and ended up with most of it on her body, her little arms just couldn’t reach the top of the bucket!!
Now we are just counting down the hours till Boothies (Bens) birthday! Not long now ahhhh!!
And finally for tea we had yams with tomato sauce and vegetables, Agustina our Ghanaian cook made it for us and we all loved it ☺
