Day 5
Got a lie in till 7 today… that’s as much of a lie in we’ll be getting! As the children had finished school the day before and it was raining all night, then finally when we woke up we got dressed and went down to the playground, however we started our mural on the wall (Emily, Ginny, Kate and Daisy) which is a giant map, which wasn’t easy as all of us gave up geography! Eventually we got it and started painting; we are still painting it however by the end we are hoping to have the giant map of the world with the British and Ghana flag next to it. However our map has grown a few more countries to it because we kept dripping the paint on the wall!!
In the playground they started making cement which isn’t as easy as you would think; it took a good couple of hours to mix everything and then dig the holes to put it in but it was worth it, as well as that people started to paint things inside the classrooms, hazel painted a series circuit and charlotte and Katie painted a parallel circuit.
Batteries about to die so got to stop writing! See you all soon, love you xx
