Creating our team murals

Partner Schools Worldwide > Weydon and Dwabor JHS > Creating our team murals

Day 7: 27/7/17

This morning we pretty much woke up at 5:30 due to the early drum seshes the village people to Dwabor decided to have so we were all ready for breakfast at 7. Apart from a few who cleaned the toilets. First we went down to the school to finish our project work in the classroom which involved lots of screaming. After lunch, me ( Ed Hufton), Ella Dear, Izzy, Jenni and Ben were set the task of creating our team mural. Once the suggestion of a stationary themed mural was overruled we got to work on our journey in Ghana so far. It went well apart from Ella got green paint on her hands, apparently water doesn’t get paint off very well so she spent the next two hours as the Hulk. Once the situation was cleared up we had dinner then indulged in a bonfire to finish off an eventful day, complete with an African band.
