Day 5
HELLO ALL,
Today we woke up to the sound of the wildlife (cockerel) at 6 o’clock, we then had breakie which was toast and vegetable omelette. Then we started our project work by painting the walls, designing and drawing a mural to go on the outside wall of the library and sorting out the donations at 8:30 am.
We then had lunch which was toast, sausage, chips and baked beanies (Fletch loved it and hasn’t stopped talking about it). However, we went from having hot ‘nd humid weather to a heavy, English-like downpour and we were all running round in wet flippy-floppy’s and had to move some of the people who had to go to sleep outside because the tents were leaking. Next, we sat talking and playing games until tea time which was SPICEY ricey with a tomato sauce and chicken and then we started talking and playing more games again and singing and singing and singing our hearts out.
THE KEY IS MISSING……..!!!!!!!!
A nice boy yet again gave Holly a new present which was a new ring to match her necklace, ring, earrings and bracelet that he gave her the other day. Holly, Elle, Sophie, George, Jack and Ollie at about 8:30pm talked to the Ghanaian children our age about how different religious beliefs are in England compared to Ghana, which was quite interesting.
