Don’t get paint on my t-shirt !

Partner Schools Worldwide > St. Mary's/Amisano Catholic > Don’t get paint on my t-shirt !

Today started with all the teachers as usual going to everyone’s rooms and telling us to get up at 6am, it’s so tiring. For breakfast we had rice pudding with sugar, the best one so far in my opinion

Then we all went and got our painting clothes on for another half a day painting, how fun ! But first we gave over all the present that we had been brought in during the last couple of weeks before we came to the head teacher and teachers.

Then we got cracking we got another classroom done and all the windows outside and inside.

For lunch we had fried yam (just like potato cakes) and sausages (which were like hot dogs). After lunch we got to do t-shirt painting which was fun we pick a design that was made out of foam and then put it in boiling wax and then we just printed it onto the sheet, we had to do 2 yards of it. OMG !! Then we picked the colour and lefted it to dry. Then the ladies put the sheets in hot water and the wax came off. They look so good

For tea was fried chicken and rice. It was nice.
