Team 3 begins project at Dwabor

Partner Schools Worldwide > Weydon and Dwabor JHS > Team 3 begins project at Dwabor

Day 4 – Monday 3 /4/17

Once we woke up we got ready for our day, we witnessed a massive welcome ceremony put on by the school…..Lots of dancing with students dressed in traditional cloth and singing. We then came to do a first aid training course with our buddies which included a lot of funny role plays. After lunch we started our projects. It was to either paint murals or cut shapes and it was very messy. We came back in the evening just before the skies opened for team worked hard and so we had some lasty food, it was a traditional Ghanaian meal. We are about to start a campfire as if it isn’t hot enough already but we have friends who have arrived to sing with us. Everyone is happy and enjoying an amazing time so far!
