Saturday 3rd August

Day 14

So the day started off with Caroline and Chloe helping in the kitchen. They were singing and dancing but the mood died as soon as miss tried to film it. Then we moved to a different hostel which was 3 hours away but it ended up being around 4 because it was such a bumpy drive. We unpacked the kitchen then hit the road again to go to the kete (or as Europeans call it – kente ) cloth village. We got a tour around the loom room and got lead to the shop. Of course, Max bought multiple items. Then we hopped on the bus again to go to the monkey sanctuary (hi Rohan). We got given bananas and had to hold them firmly in our hands so the monkeys would stay on us while eating them rather than snatching it and booking it. We then had about a 5 minute drive back to the hostel where we listened to Lozza’s varied playlist. After settling in at the hostel Chloe, myself, Amber and Caroline sat outside our room playing Find The Lady (which I lost and Caroline won with no points). Then we had dinner! It was a vegetable curry which, as usual, was delicious! As the washing up team did their thing, the other team members retired to their rooms where Amber snapped our door handle off as Cazza taught me Solitaire. Amber and myself taught Caroline our version on uno before we were told our door didn’t work! So, I moved in with Chloe and Caroline, Faye moved in with Fran and Sophia and Amber moved in with Millie. The boys got to stay the same.
