Rest and Relaxation. Buddies Buffet

Partner Schools Worldwide > Sacred Heart School > Rest and Relaxation. Buddies Buffet

Day 10. Sunday, 15th July 2018.

Today after our pancakes of perfection we waited with anticipation for our buddies to Stumble Inn. When our buddies arrived we all decided to have a revitalising swim in the ocean. Afterwards our buddies had to go back to school and we gathered round the table to wait for our lunch, coleslaw and bean sandwiches. After lunch we had a relaxing afternoon where some had a cheeky read by the sea and others enjoyed a walk to Coconut Grove for some pizza, chicken and chips. At 5pm the buddies arrived back at the hotel for a buffet, then the boys where given their traditional African tank tops, and the girls were given blouses. When we were all kitted up we performed the traditional African dances we has been taught a few days before.

Stand out dancers included George Jessop, Hanna McGarva, Mr Knell and Mrs Brown. After the energy consuming dance we all decided to go to bed (apart from Laurence who slept inside a camel (Whale service).
