Day 13: Friday, 13th July 2018.
Today we finally finished all the project work. The classrooms look amazing and the sports pitch is drying ready for its first volleyball game tomorrow at the hand over ceremony. Everyone worked really hard through the morning and into the midday sun to get the work complete.
When a little rain and a cooling breeze came this afternoon we were very thankful as it was time for the football game. We aligned ourselves to the schools houses and kicked off, this year the winners were the combined team of St Ann and St Francis beating St Augustus and St Mary 3-2.
Before dinner we squeezed in a quick trip to the beach to cool off and unwind. Only 2 days to go, we feel both saddened to leave but excited to be reunited with friends and family.
