Day 1: Friday 31 / 03 / 2017 – We started the day with a speedy trip up to the airport only to realise we couldn’t check in yet. After 10 minutes, BA opened a desk and checked us in. We went through security smoothly and ended up waiting 5 hours for our plane. We finally took off and the plane ride flew by. We collected our bags and after waiting for what seemed hours, Tilly’s bag still hadn’t turned up – only to realise Tilly didn’t know what her bag looked like! Eventually she found it and we set off to the buses. We pushed our bags on trolleys through the busy airport and most of the bags fell off in the process but we made it to the buses. Everyone was very welcoming and we began our journey to the hostel. Exhausted and thirsty we downed our bags of water and settled into our rooms before dinner. We tucked into our delicious chicken and chips and went to bed. It was a very hot night but after a long day we all went to sleep.

It’s lovely to hear from you, glad you have arrived safe and love it that you go all that way and eat chicken and chips – very jealous!
Have fun and know it’s pouring with rain here and very dull!

Sounds like an epic journey so far – but well worth it! Tilly, glad the ribbon on your bag helped you easily identify it 😉
    Have an amazing time everyone!

What has happened to the Dwabor team blog? There was a link on face book mentioning the churches which didn’t seem to work and Harry and Jared’s post seems to have disappeared! completely? Maybe it’s an internet problem. Maybe you haven’t posted anything since then? Thought I’d mention it just in case you are unaware it isn’t coming through? Great to see you all in photos though. Have fun Dwabor Team! x
