Bennett Memorial School – singing/dancing at church

Partner Schools Worldwide > Bennett Memorial and Ankaful JHS > Bennett Memorial School – singing/dancing at church

Sunday
Today, we reluctantly woke up at 7am sharp. However we were welcomed with a phat off omelette which set us on our way to church. We enjoyed the service and as joined in with the upbeat singing and dancing. We stayed for the whole service and eventually made our way home. We were than greeted by our buddies who took us to their homes to meet their families. It was an incredible experience which resulted in many full stomachs and generous gifts. After dinner we then enjoyed a game of mafia which lead to an early night due to our jam-packed weekend.

Monday
We woke up with a bang but no need to panic it was just our resident creature yet to be discovered scuttling along the roof. Omelettes filled us up and the new school week began. We arrived at school and cracked straight onto work with no disturbance as the students were sitting exams. The main task of the day was drawing and measuring which was followed by paired reading after school. This was a great opportunity and learning curve for us all.
