A very long couple of days of travel, seems like an eternity since we left Farnham, and many tiring miles have been covered. The team are settled into their mositents outside the Janoda foundation ready for a well deserved nights sleep before their first day in Tzu Chi school in the morning. Highlights of the day include visits to the moonstone mines and a cinnamon spice farm, pausing for short eats by the sea and watching a fisherman sat on stilts catch a small fish. The team are really enjoying the immersion into the new culture, meeting many new friends including teachers from the Kindergarten with a traditional greeting and the teachers from Tzu Chi to plan our welcome ceremony for tomorrow.
