Day 3 – Trip to Kakum with our buddies

Partner Schools Worldwide > Kimbolton School and Essaman United JHS > Day 3 – Trip to Kakum with our buddies

We woke up just before 7:00am and had omelette for breakfast. After a couple of hours we headed to Kakum National Park with our buddies. The walk to the top was really long, hot, and exhausting, but it was worth it when we got to the top. We walked along a series of really long high bridges through the canopy. We didn’t see many animals but the view from the top was amazing. We headed back to Stumble while our buddies headed home. We spent the rest of the day playing cards, aware, and paddling in the sea. We were in bed by 8:30pm as we were absolutely exhausted.

We’d also like to wish our families a very Happy Birthday!

Alfie’s Auntie Jo – 29th Mar

Kate’s Grane (Gillian) – 2nd Apr

Adam’s Dad (Lain) – 2nd Apr

Charlotte’s Grandma – 31st Mar

Helena’s Dad (Graham) – 31st Mar

Chloe’s Sister (Saskia) – 4th Apr

Jess’s Mum (Sally) – 2nd Apr

Jess’s Brother (Will) – 1st Apr

Lottie’s Cat (Jack) – 31st Mar

Cheers from Kimbolton team!
