The way we work with educational authorities and schools means our programme delivers educational benefits to local students and professional development to local teachers.
The buddy programme opens up enrichment opportunities to local students that they would otherwise be unable to afford.
Our policy of recruiting and training guides from the local community to deliver our program rather than contracting-in Western expedition leaders delivers meaningful employment.
We only work with ethical, local suppliers and pay them fairly.
Our permanent base in Ghana offers career opportunities to local people.
