We woke up extremely early again, as we were going to see the fish come in at the market. Izzy was not impressed with the early start. We looked around there for a bit, the sights and sounds were incredible. The catch from the night before was piled up on the floor exotic fish, colourful scales and smells you don’t forget. We bought some prawns to eat that evening, before seeing an incredible sunrise over the Indian Ocean. It was truly stunning. We then returned to the Janoda Foundation to paint and finish our projects. We ended up working in the dark using our head torches for light, finishing them this way gave us an immense sense of satisfaction.
