Sunday 14th July
Today was our relaxation day which was amazing due to the fact that we had a lie in – we woke up at 9am instead of 6am! For breakfast we had French toast and omelettes which were delicious. Then after breakfast we took part in a bead making workshop which was so fun as we were able to make our own necklaces or anklets. After this we visited the market in Cape Coast where we bought some lovely fabrics (particularly Mr Gibbs). To end the day we went to Coconut Grove hotel down the beach and indulged in a swimming session and huge feast consisting of pizza, chicken, grilled cheese sandwiches, chips and top it all off a bug bowl of ice cream. Safe to say we regained our energy for painting tomorrow!
