Day 5, Sunday 15th October 2017
Today, we started off the morning by going to the church with our buddies from bantuma school. The service was 2 hours and there was a lot of singing and dancing involved. It was fun to be apart of but quite loud sometimes! We also sang ‘Shine Jesus Shine’ as part of our contribution to the ceremony. After that, we visited Elmina Castle and learnt about the slave trade in Ghana. It was very interesting and we learnt a lot about the history. After that, some went swimming and we then ate a dinner of rice and fish. After this we went back to our room to sleep.
