Day 4, Saturday, 14th October 2017
Today we began with eggy bread kindly cooked by the upper sixth. We then left to visit the school to finish off our painting projects on the walls with our buddies. After that we drove to kakum national park where we first of all had a quick lunch and then headed to the canopy trail. We all completed 7 high rope courses which everyone loved! We then got back into our buses and drove to the next stop which was the cocoa farm. At the cocoa farm we learnt about cocoa and the experience of growing it and even got to taste the beans! The whole group finally headed back with their buddies after an exhausting but exciting day and enjoyed a peanut chicken soup and rice balls by the beach cooked by the sixth formers. – written by Megan
