DAY 16 – 5/08/2017
Today we had a lovely lie-in in the Big Foot Safari Lodge. We then had a delicious breakfast of eggy bread before setting off for a quick walk down to the local waterfall shops. After, we headed off on our five hour journey returning back to Aylos Bay. Once we arrived at Aylos Bay we then went to Cedis Beads, where we were shown how they recycle glass bottles into beads. We then drove back to the campsite through the busy Ghanaian streets. For the last time we set up our tents once again in the rain, preparing for our last night in Ghana. The cooks prepared our last Ghanaian dinner of rice and vegetable stew; after this we all sat around playing card games whilst looking forward to seeing our families soon.
