Day 3:

We started the day off at 6am so we could have an early yoga session. We did yoga for about an hour and it was really relaxing but some people found it uncomfortable to do the positions we were asked to do. Everyone who did the whole session really enjoyed it. After that we had breakfast, we had a selection of eggs, bread, noodles or these really nice potatoes. Everyone really enjoyed breakfast.

When everyone had finished we got told to go and talk about the day ahead in the other room, we discussed about the rugby teaching we were going to do with our buddies and what games we were going to play with them. We ended up going outside so the people that understand rugby could teach the rest of us to get better before we played it with out buddies. We had a few games of rugby netball and we attempted to do a passing drill (we ended up scrapping that idea) we finally decided that we would teach the buddies bulldog and have a few matches. After we finished that we had free time until we had to go to the school. When we needed to leave we got on the mini bus and left the foundation.

When we got there we went straight to their school field and they taught us a game called Elle, it was a lot like rounders but some parts were slightly different. We played 2 matches of that then it was our turn to teach them. This made us get to know all of the buddies and not just our own. Playing bulldog was great! The pupils from the school really liked playing bulldog and we enjoyed playing their game. When we played the actual matches in the rugby I was very surprised that they were very good and there were a lot of very sporty boys who did very well. . After we had a few games on the field we left to come home to the foundation. We all liked playing the games and it was sad to leave.

When we got home we had a great and yummy dinner. Afterwards we had a really good laugh in our free time and it made a lot of people feel a lot better. Most of us played twister ( funniest game ever ) but the others were getting to know more people and just having a good time, it was really nice to spend time together. It was so nice seeing everyone happy and making new friends, I think that the friends we make on this trip will last a long time.
