Wine and chocolate stocks gradually depleting!<br \/>\nWe thought you might like to see individuals selected highlights of the trip:<br \/>\nA minimum of Three individual highlights of the trip:<br \/>\nCarol:<br \/>\n1. watching the classroom projects develop<br \/>\n3. seeing Smita dancing with Dammi;<br \/>\n5. spending time with Karu and Buddhi;<br \/>\n7. watching team members enjoying time with their buddies;<br \/>\n8. the Easter buddies helping us.<\/p>\n<p>Smita:<br \/>\n1. Teaching the buddies new vocabulary and developing their conversation skills.<br \/>\n2. Seeing every team member identify and develop their own qualities.<br \/>\n3. Eating the meals Buddhi cooked for us. Amazing Sri Lankan dishes!<br \/>\n4. Watching the wild elephants in their natural habitat during the safari.<br \/>\n5. Seeing the passion of people we met during our trip and sharing their vision through conversation, such as with Carol, Karu, Buddhi, Augusta and Jade.<\/p>\n<p>Matt:<br \/>\n1. Dancing with all the buddies at the leaving disco<br \/>\n2. Being showered by elephants at MEF<br \/>\n3. Performing at the open ceremony at Tzu Chi School<br \/>\n4. Being able to witness how kind and selfless Buddhists are through Karu and Buddhi<br \/>\n5. Painting the wall and seeing Buddhi&#8217;s appreciation in his smile afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>Archie:<br \/>\n1. Mad rave at Janoda disco with the buddies<br \/>\n2. Swimming at Shangri la hotel<br \/>\n3. Elephant shower at MEF.<br \/>\n4. Seeing Christian jump onto the fan after trying to escape SACOONICA.<\/p>\n<p>Jonny:<br \/>\n1. Tuk-Tuk ride<br \/>\n2. Leaving disco with the buddies<br \/>\n3. Swimming at MEF and Shangri Lah <\/p>\n<p>Emily:<br \/>\n1. Teaching the buddies drama games<br \/>\n2. Being able to sing and then dance in front of the buddies.<br \/>\n3. Living in close proximity to elephants<br \/>\n4. Being able to get to know the group better.<br \/>\n5. Visiting the beaches, pools and shops.<\/p>\n<p>CJ<br \/>\n1. Tuk-Tuk ride.<br \/>\n2. Safari.<br \/>\n3. Being washed by elephants at MEF.<br \/>\n4. Train ride.<\/p>\n<p>Tom:<br \/>\n1. The amazing train ride<br \/>\n2. Taking cool pictures and watching the sunrise at the Fish Market<br \/>\n3. Washing with my showering &#8211; buddy Sam at least twice a day<br \/>\n4. Having slightly awkward conversations with my lovely Buddy<br \/>\n5. Tidying up (weirdly enough)<\/p>\n<p>Lily:<br \/>\n1. Going to Sri Lanka (obviously)<br \/>\n2. The Tuk-Tuk and Train ride<br \/>\n3. SO MANY ELEPHANTS<br \/>\n4. Meeting all the buddies and getting to know them<\/p>\n<p>ELODIE<\/p>\n<p>Notation: not in any particular order.<\/p>\n<p>a) the breathtaking view of night Mumbai &amp; Sri Lanka from the sky.<br \/>\nb) crying and smiling whilst embracing all the incredible Tzu Chi buddies goodbye.<br \/>\nc) being overwhelmed by the beautiful Sri Lankan culture.<br \/>\nd) becoming close with the buddies and furthermore: meeting the most exquisite and fascinating people.<br \/>\ne) Karu and Buddhi. Enough said.<br \/>\nf) simply the adventure and experience.<\/p>\n<p>Sam<br \/>\n1. Cuisine<br \/>\n2. Sights<br \/>\n3. Train ride<br \/>\n4. That one picture where I look awesome \u270c<br \/>\n5. Buddhi<br \/>\n6. Karu<br \/>\n7. Staff at Janoda<br \/>\n8. Janoda<br \/>\n9. Fun times with peers<br \/>\n10. Driving everyone mad with perpetual singing of Frank Sinatra<br \/>\n11. That one night when there was that one spider and Matt teleported out of the room<br \/>\n12. Everything else that I would have put if people weren&#8217;t asking me to pass the iPad on<\/p>\n<p>JESS<\/p>\n<p>1. The tuk-tuk ride<br \/>\n2. The elephant shower<br \/>\n3. Safari<br \/>\n4. Train ride<br \/>\n5. Going to the Buddy houses and meeting their families<br \/>\n6. Going on the elephant walks<br \/>\n7. Living so close to elephants<br \/>\n8. Shopping<br \/>\n9. Music on the bus journeys<br \/>\n10. Swimming at Shangri-La<br \/>\n11. Meeting Buddhi and Karu<br \/>\n12. Finding my flip flops after thinking I was going to have to buy another pair<br \/>\n13. Party on the last night with the buddies and wearing my sari<\/p>\n<p>AMY<br \/>\n1. Swimming at Shangri-La<br \/>\n2. Shopping in Hambantota<br \/>\n3. The saris<\/p>\n<p>SEB<br \/>\n1. Tuk tuk rides<br \/>\n2. Shangri la swimming<br \/>\n3. Party at the end with the buddies <\/p>\n<p>Tee<br \/>\n1. Party with the buddies<br \/>\n2. Sari fittings<br \/>\n3.
