Hello everyone it’s Ellie Raby!
\nI have been given the honour of starting this year’s Sri Lanka 2017 blog! We have been up for over 36 hours and are exhausted but still in good spirits and full of curry! We arrived at MEF after 24 hours of travelling and have settled in to our room. No time to rest from there as we had a yummy breakfast, with bathing and feeding elephants on our agenda. After wading through the river and making and feeding the elephants food, we had yummy lunch! From there we had sometime to unwind and chill before getting our do it yourself heads on and painting some brightly coloured furniture for MEF. We are currently all snuggled together in our room roasting in heat and exhaustion but happy! We send our love to all our friends and families! Hopefully you don’t miss us too much!
